We are excited to share with you the news of our decision to transition our business from a bricks and mortar as Bluebird store to an online platform as Rose & Robyn by Bluebird. This decision was not made lightly, but after much consideration, we have come to the conclusion that this shift will better serve both our business needs and our customers.
What made us come to this decision? Soaring Business Expenses, the costs associated with maintaining a physical storefront were becoming increasingly unsustainable. Not to mention the Demand for Online Shopping, which I think everyone has noticed - a significant shift in consumer behavior towards online shopping. With the convenience and accessibility that e-commerce offers, we saw an opportunity to better reach and serve our customers in this digital age. And as most of you know, Personal Commitments made our decision a little easier. The recent addition of twins to our family has made it challenging to juggle the demands of running a physical store. Transitioning online will give us the flexibility we need to manage both our business and family commitments effectively.
